摘要
通过活性染料在印花工艺中尿素及固色时间对印花强度的影响进行讨论。活性染料在纤维素纤维上采用平网印花-烘干-汽蒸工艺，方法简便、重现性好。其尿素用量在50g／1为宜。烘干温度为100℃，时间为2分钟。汽蒸温度100℃，汽蒸时间7分钟。
The effect of urea and fixation time on color strength of printings with reactive dyes was discussed. The printing-drying-steam process for printing cellulose fiber with reactive dyes was simple and had a good repr0ductivity. The optimum conditions were Urea 50g/1, drying at 100℃ for 2 minutes and steam at 100℃ for 7minutes.
