摘要
报导了以三氯化铝为催化剂、低温条件下合成N-氰乙基苯胺的新工艺。以苯胺和丙烯腈为原料,加入少量对苯二酚,在水介质中75℃~80℃回流24小时合成标题化合物,收率96%,纯度96%。其收率随三氯化铝用量的增加而提高,在7%时达到最高;反应温度超过80℃时收率有所降低,当苯胺与丙烯腈的摩尔比为1:1.1时标题化合物的收率最高。
N-cyanotype ethyl aniline was syrithesized from aniline and acrylonitrile in water at relative low temperature in the presence of AlCl_3 as a catalyst. The optimum conditions were that the molar ratio of aniline to acrylonitrile was 1 : 1.1, the dosage of AlCl_3 was 7% (based on aniline by weight), the reaction temperature was 70-80℃ and the reaction time was 24hours. The yield of the product was 96% and the purity was over 96%.
