我国当代单位行贿罪的发展趋势及其法律思考

The Trend of and Thoughts on Organizational Bribery in China

随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展 ,在我国的“犯罪家族”中 ,“单位行贿罪”的发展势头愈来愈烈 ,给我国的政治、经济、社会造成了严重危害。遏制单位行贿罪的发生、发展 ,应当高度重视用刑法惩处单位行贿犯罪行为的必要性 ,并完善刑事立法制度 ,增加法律的可操作性 。

As socialist market economy develops further in China,there emerges orgainzational bribery from among the family of crimes.It is getting worse and has done great harm to Chinese politics,economy and society.To prevent and curb organizational bribery,it is necessary to punish it in accordance with criminal law,improve the criminal justice system,increase the operatability of law and establish a scientific system of cooperation between different regions in dealing with the problem.
