摘要
目的 探讨妇女孕期B超检查对胚胎的安全性。方法 对 1568例婴儿的出生身高、体重与母亲孕期B型超声检查史调查 ,并进行简单相关和多元逐步回归统计分析。结果 简单相关分析显示婴儿体重与母亲B型超声检查呈正相关关系 ,(P <0 .0 5)。婴儿身高与体重呈正相关关系 ,(P <0 .0 5)。多元逐步回归分析婴儿身高、体重与母亲孕期B型超声检查无关。结论 母亲孕期诊断级B型超声检查对胎儿发育无明显影响。
Objective In order to research the safety of diagnostic ultrasound exposurse during the course of pregnancy.Methods We have surveyed 1568 infant's weight, height and ultrasonic history and other factors during the pregnancy.Using the simple and multiple stepwise regression ,we have analyzied the date-set.Results The simple correlation showed that there were Positive correlations between the infant weight and B-ultrasonic history (P<0.05).The stepwise regression showed no significant relationship between the infant weight, height and ultrasonic history of mother during pregnancy.Conclusion There were no significant effect on the infant's growth with dagnostic ultrasound of mother during pregnancy.
