小汽轮机真空泄漏对机组真空状况的影响

Effect of Vacuum Leakage of Small Turbine on Vacuum Status of the Unit

由于小汽轮机排汽直接进入凝汽器,因而小汽轮机真空泄漏对机组真空状况和严密性都具有较大的影响。本文着重就国内早期投产的引进型300MW汽轮机组小汽轮机真空泄漏问题展开分析,指出其经常性严重泄漏部位和泄漏率,并提出了临时及长期的处理方法和措施。

The exhaust steam of small steam turbine driving feed water pump is directly led to the condenser, therefore, the vacuum leakage of this turbine has significant impact on the tightness and vacuum status of the unit. This paper mainly analyzes the vacuum leakage problem of 300 MW units that are homemade with imported technology and are put in service in early years, and points out serious leakage positions and the leakage rates. The provisional and longterm measures to treat this problem are also proposed.
