摘要
试验选用66只18周龄商品代伊莎褐育成母鸡。随机分为3组,每组22只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1、2组在基础饲粮中分别添加60mg/kg、180mg/kg的锌。研究不同锌添加水平对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和蛋锌含量的影响。结果表明,在蛋鸡饲粮中添加锌对产蛋量、耗料量和料蛋比无显著影响(P>0.05),但破蛋率略下降,蛋重显著降低(P<0.05);在蛋品质测定中,除蛋壳厚度显著降低(P<0.05)外,其它指标无显著变化(P>0.05);饲粮中添加锌60、180mg/kg能显著提高蛋中锌含量(P<0.05)。
Sixty-six individuals of eight-week-old ISA brown laying hens were divided into three groups equally, the control, treatment 1 and treatment 2. The control, treatment 1 and treatment 2 were fed with basic fodder that supplemented with zinc of 0 mg/kg, 60 mg/kg and 180 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that supplement of zinc had no notable effect (P>0.05) on egg production, feed conversion ratio and feed consumption. Percentage of eggs with defective shells was decreased, and egg weight descended notably (P<0.05). Although thickness of eggshell was significantly reduced (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in other indexes (P> 0.05). Zinc content in egg was obviously promoted in two treatments (P<0.05).
