四种稀土元素对大豆生长的影响研究

Effects of four rare earth elements on growth of soybean

采用无土栽培实验技术,研究了钆、钬、铒、镱4种稀土元素对大豆生长发育的影响,结果表明:50mg/L的稀土溶液可使大豆的发芽率提高10%,使大豆的茎高平均增长2.5cm左右,茎粗增加0.6mm。不同稀土元素对大豆生长发育有不同的影响,其中,Er-Yb混合液处理组30d后平均茎高为18.23cm、茎粗为2.9mm,大多数已新增4片叶子,总体长势良好,明显优于其它处理。

Effects of four rare earth elements (Gadolinium, Holmium, Erbium and Ytterbium) were studied on growth of soybean with soilless culture. The results indicated that rare earth solutions at 50 mg/L increased germination rate of soybean by 10 %, seedling height by 2.5 cm, and stem diameter by 0.6 mm, respectively The 4 elements had different effect on the development of soybean. The solution of Er-Yb mixture showed the best effect on growth of plant. The seedlings had 18.23 cm of stem high, 2.9 mm of stem diameter, and 4 newly initiated leaves at 30-day old.
