中国近代农业技术创新体系中的技术供给源研究

Technology suppliers in modern Chinese agricultural innovation system

中国近代农业技术创新体系中的技术供给源主要有两种:一种是科学技术研究机构,它为农业技术发明提供最基本的科学原理和方法;一种是农业研究机构,它主要是利用科学技术成果从事农业应用研究。通过对民国时期的农业科技期刊、科研机构的工作报告以及科研领导者的文集等历史资料的分析研究表明,这两种技术供给源在二十世纪三十年代就已经基本形成,对于宣传、引进西方近代农业科技和改造中国传统农业发挥了积极的作用。

The formation of Chinese modern agricultural innovation system was symbolized by the emergence of technology suppliers, which mainly included two types. One was the science and technology research system represented by the Society of Chinese Science and the National Central Academe, which provided essential theory and method of science. Another was the agricultural research organization represented by the agricultural universities, the Society of Chinese Agronomy, and the National Central Agricultural Experiment Place, which engaged in practical research on agriculture utilizing technological achievement. Through analyzing historical materials of agrotechnique periodical, the work report of scientific research organization and collected works of leaders during the Republic of China, it showed that these two sorts of suppliers came into being in the 1930s, and played an positive role in propagating and introducing western agrotechnique in modern times and reformed Chinese traditional agriculture.
