柱层析和薄层层析是有机实验中常用的分离和分析手段,本文参考了一些专述,并根据自己在天然产物分离和合成过程中应用层析技术的一些体会,简要地阐述了薄层层析和柱层析的具体操作方法。

Column chromatography and thin-layer chromatography are used commonly in organic chemistry. In this paper, the use of these two technologies is discussed simply according with some monograph and the experience in experiment.
