Generalized Transmission Line Theory of the Multilayered Two-Dimensionally Periodic Structure

本文提出一种有效的求解多层二维周期结构散射特性的方法,它基于广义传输线法求得广义传输矩阵。其数值结果与谱域法结果和实验结果均比较一致。

In this paper we develop an efficient approach to determine the overall scattering characteristics of multilayered two-dimensionally periodic structure and using the generalized transmission line theory to the periodic structure to obtain a generalized transmission matrix of the whole structure. The results of numerical analysis were compared and shown in good agreements with those obtained by spectral-domain analysis methods and experimental results.
