摘要
本文对我国国有资产管理体制改革与目标模式作了具体分析 ,提出了立法监督、行政管理 ,、产权经营企业管理总体思路。
The paper aims to analyse in details the reform in management system of state-owned assets and its target models. It also proposes a general suggestion regarding legislative supervision , administrative management and entity organization management.
