摘要 由于缺乏适合的商业软件对有源集成天线 (AIA)进行模拟设计 ,致使设计周期加长和成本升高。为了克服这一缺点 ,利用FDTD算法进行了AIA模拟和设计 ,仿真结果与实测结果吻合良好 ,证明了FDTD算法在AIA设计中的有效性。 It often takes longer time and more cost to design an active integrated antenna (AIA) due to the lack of available commercial software. In order to change this case, Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is recommended as a simulation tool in design of AIA. A good agreement between simulation results and measured data is obtained to verify the feasibility of FDTD method in design of AIA.
