高温导管连接快卸卡箍技术性能要求较高，制造工艺较复杂。本文介绍应用橡胶胀形新工艺，解决弹性凸缘、卡圈两个关键件的成形难题，用此工艺生产的卡箍试验件，通过多项性能试验证明，具有较高的可靠性。

High technical and complicated fabrication process are required for high - temperature pipe connection quick - release clamp. This paper introduces how to use the new rubber - expansion technology to solve the problems in forming of two critical parts-elastic flange & clip ring. The testing clamp fabricated by means of this technology has higher reliability proved by multiple performance tests.
