摘要
论述了新时期在党员干部中深入开展以“三讲”为主要内容的党性党风教育的重要意义和现实意义 ,以及如何以“三讲”教育为契机加强高校党员干部队伍建设 .
In this paper the author expounded the important and realistic significance Three-Stress education movement of the Party spirit and the Party general mood being carried out now in the new era among the Party cadres.The author also discussed how to use the movement as a turning point for strengthening the organization of the Party cadres in college.
