还原性试样与重铬酸钾标准溶液反应 ,使其吸光度改变 (λ =4 50nm) ,据此可进行定量分析 .成功地测定了S2 - ,测定范围为 0 .0 4～ 0 .2mmol·L- 1.
Potassium dichromate standerd solution reacts with reductive samples and its absorbance changes as a result ( λ max = 450nm) ,and by this,analysis can be made and the content of sulphur can be determined successfully.In this method , the range of concentration of sulphurtion determined is 0.04 ～ 0.2mmol·L -1 .
