不同环境条件下水稻叶片中叶绿体内碳酸酐酶活性的变化 被引量:5

摘要 以水稻 ( Oryza.Sativa L.)为材料 ,在不同光照、高盐、高温及缺 N、K培养等条件下研究碳酸酐酶活性的变化。结果表明 :在 1 6μmol ES-2 -64μmol ES-2 光强范围内 ,随着光照的增加 ,碳酸酐酶活性并无明显的变化 ,在高盐逆境条件下碳酸酐酶活性降低 2— 3倍 ,在高温逆境条件下碳酸酐酶活性降低了 2— 4倍 ,在缺 N培养条件下碳酸酐酶活性降低了 7— 8倍 ,在缺 K的培养条件下碳酸酐酶活性降低了 2— 3倍。 Effects of environmental factors on Carbonic anhydrase activities in chloroplast of rice leaves were studied in this paper;At a light intensity range of 16μ molES -2 -64μ molES -2 ,CA activities had no apparently changes;At high salt(200mmol/L NaCl),CA activities reduced by 2-3fold;At high temperature(40℃) CA activities reduced by 2-4 fold;At no nitrogen or potassium,CA activities reduced respectively by 7-8 fold and by 2-3 fold.
