摘要
本文采用三甲基硅烷化-气相色谱法(简称TMS—GC法)研究了水玻璃老化机制,结果表明:由于硅酸聚合性质,水玻璃中存在着单硅、二硅、三硅等聚硅酸的混合物。在放置过程中,单硅酸含量逐渐增加,高聚硅酸含量也相应逐渐增加,即发生“两级分化”现象;水玻璃经改性后,低聚硅酸含量提高,而高聚硅酸含量降低;水玻璃经回流冷凝后,组成有向原来方向转化的趋势。
In this paper, the mechanism of waterglass ageing is studied by the use of trimethylsilyl-gas.chromatography (abbreviated as TMS-GC method). The results show that on account of ease of polymerization of silicic acid, there are monosilicic, di-silicic, tri-silicic and polysilicic acid mixture in waterglass. During storage, mono-silicic acid content gradually increases and so does highpolysilicic acid content, i. e., and the'twopolar becoming divied'phenomenon takes place. After waterglass is modified, low-molecular weight silicic acid content increases, but high-molecular weight silicic acid content decreases. After waterglass is reflux-condensed, the composition trends back to original orientation.
