摘要 本文首次报道采用MA方法制备了具有新结构的纳米合金材料SiTi3.通过X射线衍射、透谢电镜、扫描电镜等手段对样品进行了特性研究 . The nanometer_alloy SiTi 3 samples of new phase were firstly synthesized by MA and were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.
