本文回顾人类三次技术革命的历史 ,分析了现代科技发展的特点 ,对当代创新人才培养进行一些探讨 .
This article looks back on the history of the three technological revolutions,presents an systematic analysis of the characteristics of modem technological development and puts forward some opinions on the cultivation of the technologically qualified intellects.
