摘要
通过竞技状态与心理调整在比赛中的重要作用及二者关系的分析 ,对运动员赛前各种心理状态及时调整的具体措施做了系统的论述 .只有加强平时的心理训练才能达到稳定的、长时间的最佳竞技状态 .
Through the analysis of the important functions of the competition state and psychological adjustment during the games and relationship between the two,this article makes a systymatie comment on the actual methods adjusted on time to sportsmen vorious psychological states before games.Only to strengthem the everydays psychological training can the sportsmen gain steady,everlasting best competation state.
