摘要
报道了采用石英缝管捕集原子吸收光谱法测定镉和银的最佳实验条件、灵敏度、检出极限 ,并通过实验验证了缝管的捕集作用。应用该方法测定水样中的微量镉和银 ,灵敏度可分别提高 60 .97、3 1 .47倍 ,加标回收率在 91 .3 %~ 1 0 4.8% ,结果令人满意。
The optimal conditions,sensitivity and sensitivity limit for determining Cd and Ag through adopting slotted quartz tube atom-trapping atomic absorption spectrometry were introduced, and the trapping function of slotted tube was proved. With this method,the mass fraction of Cd and Ag in some water samples was determined,and their sensitivity was improve 60.97 and 31.47 times separately, the results of recovery test was 91.3 % ~ 104.8 % and was satisfactory.
