高等教育收费:效应与公平问题

Positive and negative effects of tuition fee system in universities in China

目前,我国的高等教育已经实行了收费制度,它产生了一些经济和社会效应,如扩大内需的作用,对社会稳定的作用以及对提高教学质量的积极作用。但这对教育的公平性也存在双面影响。为此要不断地采取措施,改进现有的不平等现象,使各种不利因素的影响降至最低,也使高等教育收费制度不断发展、完善,并使它不断地更接近公平。

Tuition fee system has been conducted in universities in China for some years, which has proved to be of some positive social benefit and economic benefit, such as meeting the financial need of universities and improving the quality of education. On the other hand, it has some negative effects on the equality of receiving education too. It is suggested in this paper that some measures should be taken to solve the problems of inequality in receiving education, so as to make the tuition fee system to best sever the development of education in China.
