咪唑安定、硫贲妥钠和依托咪酯麻醉诱导期对循环的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对比研究咪唑安定、硫贲妥钠或依托咪酯配伍小剂量芬太尼和琥珀胆碱用于心脏手术病人麻醉诱导、插管前后心率、动脉压、心率-动脉收缩压乘积(RPP)、动脉dp/dr max、动脉舒张压时间指数与收缩压时间指数之比(DPTI/SPTI)的变化,结果表明硫贲妥钠诱导后心率加快,动脉dp/dt max下降,插管后心率及RPP明显上升。咪唑安定麻醉后循环功能无明显变化,依托咪酯组麻醉后仅动脉压有所下降。3组病人麻醉前后DPTI/SPTI均无明显变化。 The effects of induction with midazolam, thiopental or etomidate on hemodynamics were studied in 42 congenital cardiac patients. The results revealed that with thiopental the heart rate and arterial dp/dt max decreased after induction and arterial blood pressure, rate-pressure product increased after intubation. There was no change in hemodynamics after anesthesia with midazolam except for a significant decrease in arterial dp/dt max around intubation. Only blood pressure decreased after anesthesia with etomidate. DPTI/SPTI (ratio of diastolic pressure-time index and systolic pressure-time index) did not change significantly in all three groups.
