Study on Warning-In-Advance Monitoring System of Social Safety

目前,社会安全已成为全球关注的重大问题,国内外学者对这个问题进行了广泛深入的探讨,并取得了相当丰富的成果。但是,该领域的研究成果仍大都属于定性研究,经验性研究和定量分析尚显薄弱。所以,针对中国社会转型时期的历史特点,在建立社会安全监测预警指标体系的基础上,构建社会安全监测预警系统势在必行。

At present, social safety has already become an important issue worldwide. Both domestic and international scholars have carried through an extensive and profound study to this issue, and have made quite abundant achievement. However, most of the research in this field still falls into the kind of qualitative study, and lacks of empirical study and quantitative analysis. Therefore, aiming at the historical characteristic of social transition period in China, it is imperative to construct the warning-in-advance monitoring system of social safety on the basis of setting up the warning-in-advance index system of social safety.
