间歇性冷晶体停搏液右房逆行灌注对右心保护作用的实验研究

An Experimental Study of the Protective Effects of Intermittent Cold Crystalloid Cardioplegia through the Right Atrium on the Right Heart

本文通过与常规顺灌技术比较,观察了在存在冠状动脉梗阻时,冷停搏液右房逆行灌注对主动脉阻断1 h右心心肌的保护作用。结果表明右房灌注对右心保护极佳,其对右心系统的降温、右心功能恢复及心肌超微结构的保护均优于顺灌技术。

By comparing with the routine antegrade cardioplegia, we observed the protective effectiveness of cold retrograde right atrium cardioplegia on the right heart after 1-hour aortic clamping, in the presence of coronary artery obstruction. The results showed an excellent protective effects of the retrograde right atrium cardioplegia on the right heart. The retrograde right atrium cardioplegia was superior to the antegrade one in hypothermia, functional recovery and ultrastructure protection of the right heart.
