B 超测定子宫壁厚度及对宫内节育器定位的意义 被引量:1

摘要 在B超监视下于经期放置宫内节育器(IUD),对144例妇女子宫底部(FUND)、前壁(ANT)及后壁(POST)的厚度进行了测定,其均数及99%正常值范围分别为14mm(11~17mm)、16mm(13~20mm)及18mm(18~23mm)。其2FUND/(ANT+POST)的比值约为0.8。另外从420例带器妇女第2年随访时 B 超检查结果分析中,亦可说明 FUND 值对 IUD 定位的意义。如用 FUND值,试以17mm 为标准,如用公式计算,暂以比值1为标准,作为 IUD 定位的参考。 The thickness of the uterine wall was measured in 144 subjects after IUD in-sertion during menstruation under the monitorial condition by a type B ultrasonograph.Themean and 99% ranges of normal values of thickness of the fundus (FUND),the antierior(ANT) and the posterior (POST) walls were found to be 14 mm (11-17 mm),16 mm(13-20 mm)and 18 mm(13-23 mm)respectively.The ratio of 2 FUND/(ANT+POST)is ap-proximately 0.8.In addition,IUD positions within the uterine cavities were examined in 420IUD wearers during the second-year follow-ups,and similar results were obtained.We sug-gest to Chinese women that they should take the ratio value of 1 or fundus value of 17 mm asa criterion for evaluation if the position of the IUD within the uterine cavity is normal.Inpractice the latter is more convenient to perform than the former.
