应用pH传感针对穴位与非穴位pH值的测定

Measurement of pH Values in the Point and Non-point with pH-sensing Needle

本文采用pH传感针,测定了30例健康人和72例慢性腰腿痛与肩臂痛者曲池穴和非穴位的pH值,结果:①63.3％的健康人pH值穴位低于非穴位(P<0.05);②患者的穴位与非穴位pH值差异与正常人基本一致,穴位低于非穴位占72％,穴位高于非穴位占28％;③对同一穴位进行提插捻转治疗,运针后pH值明显上升(P<0.05);④患者与健康人曲池穴与非穴位pH值比较,显示出患者穴位与非穴位pH值均低于健康人(P<0.05)。

In this article, the pH values in Chuchih Points and the non-points in 30 adult healthy persons were measured with pH-Sensing Needle. The pH values in 63. 3% points were lower than those in the non-points (P<0. 05) . The pH values in some points and some non-points in 72 patients with chronic waist-leg or shoulder-arm pains were measured as well. The results showed that: (l)The pH values in 72 % points were lower but the pH values in 28 % points were higher than those in non-points, the results were in accordance with those obtained in healthy persons. (2) In the same point the pH value was obviously higher after lifting and thrusting together with twisting and twirling the pH-Sensing Needle (P< 0. 05). (3) Based on a comparison of the pH values in Chuchih Point and the non-point between healthy persons and patients, they were lower in patients than in healthy persons (P< 0.05).
