加官 ,即在本官之外另加其他官职。历代都有加官存在 ,曹魏时期 ,将军号用作奖励军功和提高品级、待遇的加官 ,其他加官如特进、侍中等继续作为加官使用 ,并显示出新的政治意义 ,这与官制的演变有直接的联系。

Jia Guan ,offering an officer additional official positions,which was a phenomenon in all dynasties.In Cao Wei military titles were used for offering an officer additional official positions for military achievements,promotion in rank and treatment.Other forms of Jia Guan such as Shizhong and Tejin continued to be used and showed new political significance,which was directly connected with the evolution of the official system.
