植物性钙拮抗剂颅通定的抗心律失常临床疗效及其电生理作用

The Clinical Antiarrhythmic and Electrophysiological Effects of Herbal Calcium Antagonist Rotundium

报告钙拮抗剂颅通定对45例次快速型室上性心律失常的疗效及其电生理作用。对快速型室上性心律失常有效率 81.8％(9/11)。电生理研究显示该药主要作用是延长房室传导系统有效不应期(从 284±65 ms延长至 328±58 ms)和心房有效不应期(从 211±36 ms延长至 238±34 ms,P<0.01),且减慢房室传导。该药无严重副作用。以临床疗效结合电生理作用研究结果对颅通定抗心律失常机理进行了探讨。

Presented in this article is a report of clinical antiarrhythmic and electrophy-siological effects of Rotundium (2 mg/kg, i. v) on 45 cases of supraventricular tachyarrhyth-mias. Our experimental results showed that Rotundium was effective in 81. 8% (9/11) patients. Electrophysiological studies confirmed that the dominant effects of this drug were to significantly prolong the ERP of the atrioventricular conduction system (AVCERP) and of a-trium (AERP), and in the meantime, it delays the atrioventricular conduction. In addition, this drug has no severe side effects. Based on the results of clinical and electrophysiological studies, its antiarrhythmic mechanism is also discussed.
