照相机前盖板的工艺方案优化及模具设计

摘要    数码照相机前盖板是较为精密的不规则盒形冲压零件, 形状复杂、表面质量要求高, 结合其工艺难点及特征, 采用经验设计和数值模拟相结合的方法, 建立有限元模型, 同时逐步分析落料冲孔、成形及切边各工序, 确定合理的冲压工艺方案。在落料工序中, 优化了坯料的形状; 在成形工序中, 对主要的影响因素模具间隙进行优化; 并介绍了模具设计方法及结构特点, 对冲侧孔模具进行了较详细说明。 The front cover of digital camera is a precise partApproximately, it can be considered as an irregular box shaped pieceIts shape is complex and its surface finish is highIn view of its process difficulty and characteristics, and combining experience design with numerical simulation, the finite element model is built, and its working procedures are analyzed one by one, which include blanking piercing and forming and trimmingThereby, the reasonable process is determined;The spread shape is optimized while analyzes the blanking piercing processWhen analyzing the forming process, the mould clearance——the most important process parameter, is determined and optimized;At the same time, the design method and structure feature of the mould are introducedEspecially, the side punch mould is illustrated in detail
