摘要
在冰箱压缩机的曲轴毛坯两端冲孔模具设计中, 由于曲轴毛坯的特殊形状及生产工艺, 曲轴毛坯在模具中的定位以及冲孔凹模的定位与复位存在一定的难度, 本模具采用浮动定位机构解决了曲轴毛坯在模具中的定位, 采用汽缸辅助斜楔斜滑块机构实现了芯棒凹模的定位与复位, 并采用组合凸模部件防止冲裁废料的上跳, 采用了大冲裁间隙, 在生产中取得了良好的效果。
