Lord of the Flies is a masterpiece by William Golding.Up to now,academic research has centred on its symbolic and metaphoric effectiveness,but has not touched on its profound connotations.The article aims to make a thorough analysis of its expressions of some major imagery as well as their implications through textual reading,so as to grasp its spiritual connotations and its original writing styles.
