富锌酵母中的锌在缺锌大鼠体内贮留利用研究

Investigation on Zinc Utilization of Zinc-enriched Yeast in Zinc-deficient Rats

以缺锌大鼠为对象,给予4.612 5 mg/kg 体重锌后,观察了不同时间段锌在大鼠各组织的贮留与分布及 24 h尿、粪中累计排锌量和锌的贮留利用情况。结果表明,锌在组织中的贮留与分布不同,肝脏为最高,其次为睾丸、肾、脾、心;24 h 尿锌、粪锌累计排出量约为给予量的 65％,表观贮留率为35.16％。结果提示,该富锌酵母用于防治儿童缺锌症,将取得较好效果。

A dose of 4. 612 5 mg/kg body weight was given to zinc-deficient rats to observe zinc retention and distribution in rat's organ or tissue in different time and cumulative amount of total excreted zinc from urine, feces and its utilization. The results showed that zinc retention and distribution varied in different organs and tissues. The highest amount was found in liver, then testis, kidney, spleen, heart in order of content. The zinc excreted from urine and feces in 24 hours amounted to 65% of given dose, with a apparent retention rate of 35. 16%. The study suggests that zinc-enriched yeast, if used for prevention and treatment of child zinc deficiency, will be effective.
