摘要
日本大学运营教师资格证书课程存在着诸多问题,通过剖析这些问题与"开放制"目的之间的矛盾及成因,可以看出日本所谓的"开放制"教师养成教育制度具有闭锁性特征,日本的中央集权的教育管理文化传统导致日本在大学的教师培养的闭锁性特点。
Many problems have arisen from Japan's university teachers' credential courses. The article analyzes the contradictions between these problems and the 'open system' as well as their causes,and points out that the so-called 'open' teacher-training system is characterized by its closure which results from Japan's centralized educational management and cultural traditions.
