摘要
"案例教学法"是指学生通过对特殊事例的分析掌握一般的分析原理并借助这一原理独立分析和解决问题的教学方法。"案例教学法"的出现具有一定的历史背景和制度需求,它是在努力教授给学生一种系统的和科学的法学知识体系。"案例教学法"应既要注重系统化的理论素质的培养,又要注重实践性的应用能力的训练,还要兼顾职业道德水准的完善和提高。
'Case study method' is a teaching method which can help our students to analyze some special cases and grasp general analytical principles so that they can analyze and solve problems independently.As the method is based on its peculiar historical background as well as institutional needs,it is a scientific law knowledge system for the students majoring in law.To apply this method,we should attach great inportance to the cultivation of our students' systematized theories,the training of their practical skills as well as the improvement in their professional ethics.
