摘要 着重针对焊接电流、焊接速度、焊缝间隙以及焊枪偏离焊缝中心的偏心值4个焊接工艺参数进行了TIG焊接试验研究。采用正交设计方案并利用红外测温仪测量和记录焊件正面上设定点的热循环曲线,将之与三维焊接温度场的有限元数值解进行比较,两者基本吻合,表明了数值计算模型的有效性。以某点热循环中的峰值温度作为温度场代表,结合正交试验理论,分析上述4个工艺参数对于温度场的影响次序,表明偏心值对焊接温度场的影响最大。 Four process parameters including welding current, welding speed, weld gap and eccentric value due to welding gun deviating the weld center were mainly studied during TIG welding process. The thermal cycle curves of prescribed measuring points on the upper surface of the work-pieces were obtained with orthogonal design method and by means of infrared measuring temperature device. Comparing three-dimensional FEM solution of the welding temperature fields with experiment results, it showed effectiveness of the number couting model. The influence sequence of four process parameters to temperature fields was analyzed by orthogonal design theory. It must be noticed that the welding gun eccentric value had great influence on the welding temperature distribution.
