摘要
本文用鲁米诺增强的化学发光方法(Luminol Enhanced Chemiluminescence,LECL)测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞呼吸爆发所产生的活性氧自由基。结果表明:鲁米诺增强的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞以调理酵母多糖为激活剂的最佳测定条件是鲁米诺10^(-3)mol/L,巨噬细胞5×10~9/L,调理酵母多糖10g/L。
The reactive oxygen released by murine peritoneal macrophages during the respiratory burst was measured with a new technique, known as luminol enhanced chemilu-minescence, LECL. The result showed that the optimal measurement conditions of LECL produced by murine peritoneal macrophages were luminol 10 3 mol/L, macrophages 5×109/ L, and opsonized zymosan 10 g/L.
