摘要 目的观察32P照射对HL-60细胞周期的影响。方法不同剂量32P体外照射HL-60细胞24、48和72h,流式细胞法检测细胞周期。结果不同剂量32P照射HL-60细胞对细胞周期有明显影响,首先发生G2/M期阻滞;随剂量增大,G2/M期和S期均发生阻滞,以G2/M期阻滞为主。结论32P体外照射HL-60细胞对细胞周期有明显的干扰作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of 32P irradiation on the cell cycle of HL-60 cells. Methods Flow cytometry was employed to detect cell cycle changes of HL-60 cells induced by 32P irradiation at different doses for varied time lengths (24, 28 and 72 h, respectively). Result 32P could induce cell cycle arrest in S and G2/M phases, and the arrest occurred initially in G2/M phase. Conclusion 32P may significantly interfere with the cell cycle of HL-60 cells, causing cell cycle arrest primarily in G2/M.
