摘要
目的 检测多发性骨髓瘤患者骨髓组织中bcl 2、Fas蛋白的表达 ,探讨其在该病的发病机制中的作用。方法 采用SP免疫组织化学技术检测初诊患者和正常人骨髓塑料包埋切片中病理性浆细胞bcl 2、Fas蛋白的表达。结果 初诊组bcl 2蛋白表达较正常组显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Fas蛋白的表达显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 bcl 2抑凋亡作用增强和Fas促凋亡作用减弱在多发性骨髓瘤的发生发展中具有重要作用。
ObjectiveTo study the expression of bcl-2,Fas proteins and probe into their effects of overexpression in the pathogenic mechanism of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods The expression of bcl-2 and Fas protein in plastic-embedded section of bone marrow biopsy were measured with S-P immunocytochemistry staining.Results The percentage of bcl-2 protein positive cells in newly diagnosed MM was significantly higher than that in normal control group(P<0.05)while the Fas expression in untreated MM was lower than that in normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The products of bcl-2 gene can prolong survival of myeloma cells by delaying apoptosis while Fas protein promotes cell death.This investigation shows that bcl-2 expression might help to predict prognosis.
