成人肠套叠11例诊治分析

Diagnosis and therapy of intussusception in adults: A report of 11 cases

目的 提高成人肠套叠诊治水平。方法 收集 1992年 3月～ 2 0 0 3年 2月间我院收治的 11例成人肠套叠病例 ,进行临床回顾性分析。结果 9例表现为慢性不完全性肠梗阻 ,其中术前确诊 3例 ;11例均行手术治疗 ,术后效果良好 ,无手术死亡。结论 B超、X线等影像学检查有利于明确诊断 ;治疗上以手术为首选。

ObjectiveTo improve diagnosis and therapy of intussusception in adults. Methods The clinical data of 11 hospitalized patients with intussusception in adults were collected from March 1992 to February 2003 in our hospital and were followed with a retrospective study.Results 9 cases demonstrated the characteristics of chronic incomplete intestinal obstruction,among which 3 cases were confirmed diagnosis before operation.All 11 cases were performed surgical operation followed with sound post-operative condition.Conclusion Examinations from supportive devices as B-us,X-ray can screen the case diagnosis.Therefore,such examinations are necessary for the choice of surgical treatment.
