摘要
论述了 2 .2 5Cr 1Mo 0 .2 5V钢的焊接性能试验和抗氢试验 ,确定了 2 .2 5Cr 1Mo 0 .2 5V钢的预热温度及焊后热处理等焊接规范。试验表明 ,在一定的焊接工艺下 ,该钢种具有良好的焊接性 ,抗氢腐蚀性能和抗氢致剥离性能均优于 2 .2 5Cr 1Mo。
Welding performance tests and HIC tests were adopted for 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel, the pre-heating temperature, WHAT and other welding specification were proposed. The test showed that the welding performance was good under the certain welding conditions, and properties of hydrogen-resistance and hydrogen-stripping were superior to 2.25Cr-1Mo steel's.
