摘要
利用铁谱技术分析柴油机的典型故障,建立柴油机的典型故障与磨粒类型的关系,在此关系的基础上基于粗集理论确定典型故障模式识别的最优决策规则,通过试验结果验证了最优决策规则的准确性。为铁谱技术的智能诊断提供了依据。
The typical fault of diesel engine by ferrogragh analysis was conducted,and the relationship between the typical fault of diesel engine and wear particles was established.Based the rough sets theory the optimum decision-making for the typical fault of diesel engine was given,and the accuracy of the decision making is validated.The study provides basis for intelligent fault diagnosis by ferrogragh.
