摘要
文章对T_4(PEG)、T_4(M)和T_4(ms)三种甲状腺素放射免疫药盒的灵敏度,批内变异系数、批间变异系数、药盒稳定性、T_4质控图、T_4正常值、T_4(M)及T_4(ms)与T_4(PEG)的相关程度等放免参数进行分析和比较。三种甲腺素放射免疫药盒组成简单、操作简便、灵敏度高、稳定性好、T_4(M)和T_4(ms)均与T_4(PEG)有显著性高度相关,T_4(M)和T_4(ms)非特异结合率小,是目前国内测量甲状腺素较先进的药盒。
The comparison and evaluation of three RIA kits with different kind of separation reagents—T_4 (PEG), T_4 (M) and T_4 (ms) for the sensitivity, intraassay coefficient of variation, interassay coefficient of variation, stability, quality control diagram, normal value and correlation of T_4 (M) or T_4 (ms) to T_4(PEG) are described. The composition and operation of these RIA kits are simple. They have high sensitivity and stability, T_4 (M) and T_4 (ms) are highly correlation to T_4 (PEG). The NSB of T_4 (M) or T_4 (ms) is very low. These kits are advanced RIA kits in our country.
