知柏地黄汤对解脲脲原体感染大鼠动物模型生殖细胞凋亡及Fas、FasL表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨知柏地黄汤 (ZBDHD)抗大鼠解脲脲原体 (UU)感染后生殖细胞凋亡及调节Fas、FasL(死亡受体、死亡因子 )表达作用。方法将 5 5只雄性SD大鼠 ,40只经膀胱注射造成解脲脲原体感染动物模型 ,观察 60d ,再随机抽取 3 0只分成知柏地黄汤治疗组、西药治疗组、模型对照组 ,另取 1 0只动物作正常空白对照组。连续灌胃 45d后 ,检测各组UU培养结果、生殖细胞凋亡率、Fas、FasL表达水平。结果模型组与正常组、中药治疗组、西药治疗组相比 ,UU培养阳性率、生殖细胞凋亡率、Fas、FasL表达水平均有统计学差异(P <0 .0 5 )。正常组、中药治疗组、西药治疗组两两相比 ,各项指标均无统计学差异。结论知柏地黄汤有抗UU感染大鼠动物模型生殖细胞凋亡作用 ,能下调Fas。 Objective To investigate the antagonistic effects of Anemarrhena, Phellodendron and Rehmannia Decoction (APRD) on apoptosis of germ cells and the regulating effect of this medicine on the expression of Fas、FasL in these cells of modeling rats with ureaplasma urealyticum infection.Methods Thirty rats were randomly selected from the 40 modeling animals with ureaplasma urealyticum infection at first.Then, they were randomly divided into 3 groups, i.e.treating group (TG), chemical drug controlling group (CG) and modeling group (MG),with 10 rats in each.Another 10 healthy rats were taken as blank controls(BC).Therapy was lasted for 45 days among these animals.Determined indexes included UU culturing, apoptotic index of germ cells and Fas、FasL expressive level in these cells.Results The positive rate of UU culturing,apoptotic index of germ cells and expressive level of Fas、FasL were significantly different between MG and other groups like BC,TG and CG (P<0.05),while there were no significant differences found among BC, TG and CG.Conclusions APRD holds antagonistic effects on apoptosis of germ cells and down regulating effect on the expression of Fas、FasL in these cells in modeling rats with UU infection. 〔
