672例2型糖尿病并发高血压病的中西医治疗临床流行病学调查分析

A Clinical Epidemiological Survey on the Integrative Therapies Used for the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicating with Hypertension among 672 Cases

目的了解 2型糖尿病并发高血压病近 1 0年来中西医治疗的现状 ,为制定 2型糖尿病及其并发症的中医诊疗方案打下基础。方法采用临床流行病学调查方法 ,对 672份被调查病例的临床资料及实验室数据进行统计及回顾性分析。结果在调查的 672份病历中使用常用中医治法 7种 ,使用方剂 90余种及单味中药 3 0 0余种。结论通过中西医结合治疗 ,治疗前后血糖、血脂值差异具有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) 。

Objective To investigate the status of treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus complicating with hypertension with intiegrative therapies during the last ten years, through a clinical epidemiological survey to develop a better treating scheme for this lesion.Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 672 caes with the lesion, with their clinical data and laboratory tests analyzed statistically.Results Through this survey, 7 commionly used treating tactics were summarised up from this survey,with about 90 formulae used in total and more than 300 kinds of herb involved in the therapy. Conclusions These treating tactics are all effective for the treatment of this lesion, with the levels of blool sugar and lipid significantly declined and cilinal symptoms improved following the therapy. 〔
