摘要
本工作利用^(27)Al、~1H和^(31)P NMR技术对Al(Ⅲ)-ATP配合物体系进行了研究,结果与1:1的配合物结构相符,并假设是通过β和γ磷酸根及腺嘌呤环上的N_7配合的。
The Al(Ⅲ)-adenosine 5'-triphosphate system was investigated by ^(27)Al, ~1H and ^(31)P NMR spectroscopy. The results are consistent with the formation of 1:1 Al (Ⅲ)/ATP complex at pH=2, and suggest a binding through β and γ phosphate, and the N_7 on the adenine ring with Al (Ⅲ).
