咪唑啉酰胺中和缓蚀剂的成膜性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着加工含硫原油的增加,炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置三顶冷凝冷却系统设备的腐蚀问题日趋严重,原有缓蚀剂的性能满足不了设备防腐蚀的要求。采用失重法、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析方法研究了新型油溶性和水溶性咪唑啉酰胺类缓蚀剂在HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀溶液中的缓蚀性能。失重法评价结果表明:缓蚀剂在HCl-H2S-H2O腐蚀溶液中表现出优异的缓蚀性能,缓蚀率大于95%。扫描电镜的分析结果说明缓蚀剂能在碳钢试样表面成膜,表面元素分析更进一步说明了表面膜的存在。 The overhead condensing and cooling system of the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit suffer from deteriorating equipment corrosion as increasing amount of sulfur crude oil is being processed and the corrosion inhibitor applied fail to effectively prevent the corrosion. The corrosion inhibition performance of the newly developed oil soluble and water soluble imidazolinefamide-based inhibitors in the corrosive media of HC1-H2S-H2O are studied by weight loss testing technique, scanning transmission electronic microscopy and energy spectrum. The weightlessness analysis indicates that the inhibitor exhibits excellent corrosion resistance performance in HC1-H2S-H2O media, and the inhibition rate is over 95 % . The scanning transmission electronic microscopy analysis demonstrates that the inhibitor can form a film on the surface of the carbon steel specimen, and this is further confirmed by the further surface element analysis.
