摘要
通过制作可焊渗铝层,采用不锈钢焊丝和钨极氩弧焊等方法,研究了粉末包埋渗铝钢存在的焊接问题,完善了焊接工艺。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和光电子能谱等分析技术,分析了粉末包埋渗铝钢焊缝的区域组织和铝、铬浓度分布。通过机械性能试验、腐蚀试验和工业应用试验,表明粉末包埋渗铝钢的新焊接工艺可靠,焊缝具有优良的机械性能和耐腐蚀性能。
The problems of welding the pack Al-diffusion steels are studied and welding process has been improved by preparation of weldable Al-diffusion layer and application of stainless steel welding wire and tungsten argon arc welding. The structure and aluminum & chromium distribution in the welds of pack Al-diffusion steels are analyzed by metallographic microscopy . The mechanical performance test, corrosion test and commercial experiment show that the new welding process is high in reliability and the resultant welds are excellent in mechanical performance and good corrosion resistance.
