摘要
长岭炼化公司加氢装置燃料油换热器管程结垢堵塞的原因,经分析为铵盐结晶以及高分子聚合物或焦炭等垢物所致。采取化学清洗与高压水射流清洗相结合的方法,取得了十分满意的清洗效果。化学清洗剂配方为:1%碳酸钠+1%磷酸钠+1%壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚+1%AEO-9(非离子型脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩舍物)(在80℃下浸泡8小时)。
The analysis of the fouling blocking of the fuel oil heat exchanger of hydro - processing unit in Changling Refining & Chemical Company has found that blocking is contributed by the crystallization of ammonium salts, high molecule polymers and coke. Satisfactory cleaning results have been achieved by employing a combination of chemical cleaning and high - pressure water jet. The chemical cleaning agent formulation is: 1 % sodium carbonate + 1 % sodium phosphate + 1 % nonyl phenol polyvinyl ether +1 % AEO - 9 (submerged at 80 oC for 8 hours) .
