催化重整原料罐内壁喷涂锌铝复合覆盖层技术

摘要 福建炼油化工有限公司催化重整原料罐C125-G128为铝制内浮顶罐。1995-1997年期间,先后发生浮盘倾斜、沉没故障,经检查为罐顶和罐壁气相部位严重腐蚀、大量腐蚀产物积聚在浮盘上所致。上述部位腐蚀系沿海含盐潮湿大气及原料油中含硫化物而引起。采取在油罐内壁热喷涂锌铝复合覆盖层和无机富锌防静电涂料封闭处理防护措施后,取得了很好的效果。运行3年后检查,涂层完好,铝浮盘上无腐蚀产物沉积。 The internal aluminum floating-roof feed tanks G125 - G128 for continuous catalytic reforming unit of Fujian Refinig & Chemical Co., Ltd experienced a series of tilting and sinking accidents of floating decks in 1995, 1996 and 1997. The inspection found that the accidents were the results of severe corrosion of tank top and vapor phase section of tank wall as well as the accumulation of a large amount of corrosion products on the deck. The corrosion of above sections was attributed to the humid saline atmosphere and sulfides in the feedstock. Good results have been achieved after the internal wall of the tanks were applied with zinc aluminum plating plus inorganic zinc-rich electrostatic-resistant coating. The inspection after 3 years' operation has found that the coatings remain intact and there is no accumulation of corrosion product on the floating deck.
